Shipping Options
Standard Shipping
– Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
– Cost: Free for orders over $100; $14.95 flat rate for orders under $100
Order Processing
– Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
– Orders placed before 2 PM (EST) will be processed the same day.
– Orders placed after 2 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day.
International Shipping
Cosmetic-Canvas does not ship internationally.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier’s website.
Delivery Issues
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Service team at support@cosmetic-canvas.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Cosmetic-Canvas is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@cosmetic-canvas.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
