Return Policy
Eligibility

– Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional items are not eligible for returns.
How to Initiate a Return

- Receive Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Ship Your Return: Pack the items securely and include the RMA number inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Process
– Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the returned items.
